- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Mary was very friendly, she explained it very well. I was a bit reluctant to book myself because of current Covid situation. But I felt really safe and was taken really good care of. Wax was removed but in my left ear I still feel blockage. She said it might be blockage inside, so she gave me few tips which might help.

Had suffered from temporary blocked hearing in one ear for years after diving in a pool. This time I couldn’t get it to clear for about 2 weeks and it was driving me mad. 2 minutes and maybe a tiny feeling of sharp pressure for a moment and it was gone. 4 months later still perfect but I won’t hesitate to go back if it ever returns.

Absolutely brilliant service , in these days of uncertainty was made to feel very comfortable and safe. They adhered to covid rules exceptionally and cleared my ears very swiftly. Nishali the audio medic was extremly proffessional made me feel imediately at ease. Talked through everything as she worked and unblocked my ears in no time at all. Ive had problems with my ears for years and previously had difficulties with micro suction. These guys made it seamless. Thank you.
