- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Very good. Easy to book online and I was able to get an appointment for when I needed. My one ear cleared fairly easily but the other was really blocked. Beth spent plenty of time making sure everything was cleared. Got back in the car and had to turn the volume down on the radio !

I have always (on and off) had trouble with earwax build up. It causes pain and pressure.
I had been using spays to try to get it to drain away but this morning I woke to the sensation of glue having been poured into my ear.
I made an online appointment and turned up and the treatment was first class! I came away very happy and comfortable. This will be my first port of call if when I need to come again.
