- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Second time we have been to Eastcote for wax removal, and like last time, really pleased with the results. Everything very smooth, both when booking and on the day. Pleasantly received when we turned up; we arrived early, and Stephanie, being free, kindly saw us early. Immediate relief when the job was done; for which we are very grateful, as the wax was giving my wife some serious problems. Shall be back.
Only slight suggestion for improvement is to the booking system; we suspect that although only four appointments are offered online for each site/date combination, more are sometimes actually available. My wife’s medical condition means that she copes better at some times of day than others, so it would be good to have a complete open choice of the remaining time slots.
