- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

My right ear was totally blocked, and Safah did a great job clearing it in like 5 minutes. Because I had arrived a little early, and she was so fast, she also did my left ear which I thought was fine, but she made my hearing so much better!

Have had microsuction on several occasions and my most recent experience once again is top draw. Both ears effectively totally unblocked without any fuss and in no time at all. To avoid disappointment, the merits of effectively oiling the ears for up to 10 days prior to the appointment cannot be overstated.
