- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Once taken to the consultation room, Faye asked questions relating to the issue and was very clear regarding the procedure and possible issues (noise, possible pain during, etc).
My ears were checked and the treatment started and completed in quick order without any issues.
Faye was very polite and diligent with a good manner. 100% recommend.

Leena was very welcoming and professional.
After a quick chat about my version of symptoms, Leena took a look and confirmed a build up of ear wax that required removal.
Leena went on to explain the next steps in the process and the possibility of some discomfort, adding that the wax extraction would be performed at my pace.
I have to say, for me, the procedure was executed with no pain or discomfort finalising with reassurance that my ear canal was healthy.
I would recommend using Leena for ear health procedures.

In preparation for treatment, Beth explained the procedure and what this entailed before starting on the first of my two ears removal process.
Before making the adjustment for my other ear to receive treatment the procedure was over and completed.
I knew it successful because of the results that I was able to see visibly once the treatment was over and the sound decibels when conversing with Beth being higher pitched.
Beth was a fantastic professional who has a warm approach and a friendly manner who made me feel relaxed.
