- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

The process was very quick to book. Location easy to get to. Clean and professional environment. Anca was very lovely and explained things well. Was relatively pleasant painless experience. However ear still feels blocked like there’s water in it although a lot of wax was removed, its been 24 hours since the procedure so I’m hopeful this will go away now.
Would definitely book again and recommend.
