- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

I was rather nervous but Mary was very sympathetic, understanding, professional and gentle, and the procedure was quick and effective without pain or discomfort. The results to my hearing were immediate. Advice was offered as to the correct cleaning method for ears, but will have microsuction once a year for a general clean/checkup. Thank you Mary. I attended my appointment today and would 100% recommend my audiologist Faye Yearsley. She explained in detail everything about my problem and how she would treat it, also the best way forward for future issues. Faye was very professional and friendly at the same time and although my treatment was 90% effective she has made a referral for me so it can be completed. Now waiting for a call for my next appointment. Once again I would like to say thank you!
