- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Had microsuction ear wax removal at Golders Green. Anca Candet was lovely and very patient, as my hearing was hugely impaired by long-term impacted wax in both ears. Anca explained clearly what she was going to do and how it would feel, and the whole process was completely stress-free, and I am delighted to have my hearing back again. Highly recommended.
