- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Excellent service today from Beth. She is friendly and professional, and undertakes the microsuction without causing any pain or discomfort. You know immediately that you are in experienced and skilful hands. Unfortunately, I have not always had the same experience elsewhere! On 12 December 2023 I had an appointment with Beth Chapman for microsuction in both my ears and the procedure was carried with the utmost care. The wax was removed gently from both my ears and I will certainly return for further treatment if needed. Highly recommended!
