- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

The removal of the ear wax was a complete sucess. The technician, Jonathan was first class in his professionalism and was very informative during the process. I disn’t realise how bad my blocked ear had become and wasn’t sure it could be cleared but Jonathan persisted and eventually cleared the ear completely. A first class job. Well done. 5 stars.

Delighted to be able to hear more clearly again. Anca at Finchley Central was welcoming and professional. Both ears were blocked; one ear more than the other. The worse ear seemed to have blocked again this morning when I woke up but seems clear now. Have used Hearing First before and can highly recommend them.
