- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Mary immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and friendliness. The appointment was on time and the procedure was completed in around 15 minutes. During this time I was also provided with some very useful education about ear wax management. With my hearing now back to it’s optimum it feels so good and I can honestly say I have had no ill effects whatsoever from the micro suction. I would definitely use this service again if need be in the future.
